Volume-Based Compensation Structure<\/h2>

DareVita International operates under a volume-driven compensation plan, in which all commissions, bonuses, and rank qualifications are calculated based on total organizational volume, which includes:<\/p>

  • IBA personal purchases;<\/p><\/li>

  • Purchases made by IBAs registered within an IBA's downline network;<\/p><\/li>

  • Purchases made by retail customers through an IBA's replicated website.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Retail Sales Are Encouraged, Not Mandatory<\/h2>

    While DareVita encourages the development of a strong retail customer base and provides tools for customer acquisition and retention, there is no minimum retail sales requirement to:<\/p>

    • Stay active;<\/p><\/li>

    • Earn commissions or bonuses;<\/p><\/li>

    • Qualify for rank advancement.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      All compensation qualifies by volume, regardless of whether said volume comes from retail customers or the IBAs network.<\/p>

      Optional Retail Activity<\/h2>

      IBAs are authorized and supported to develop customer sales and can:<\/p>

      • Promote products to retail customers through their personal websites;<\/p><\/li>

      • Use the marketing tools provided by DareVita to improve product education;<\/p><\/li>

      • Benefit from the retail margin (when applicable) and the customer volume that contributes to the organizational volume.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Regulatory Considerations<\/h2>

        To ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, DareVita may:<\/p>

        • Monitor sales patterns for compliance purposes;<\/p><\/li>

        • Prevent or reverse volume generated through fraudulent activity or manipulation;<\/p><\/li>

        • Encourage responsible product promotion and accurate representations of earnings;<\/p><\/li>

        • Monitor social media posts and stories.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          Transparency Statement<\/h2>

          DareVita does not state that retail sales are a requirement to generate income.<\/p>
